I have been engaged in local real estate in some form or other for over 30 years. Most of that time helping my husband, an independent contractor. I have been actively working in real estate investing for over 2 years. Most of my investor experience has been in advising others as to the property values both present state and after repair value. My years of experience in non-profit organizations, along with my marketing gives me an unique perspective. I am now leveraging this experience to work in real estate investing directly. As the title implies, I NOW buy houses. My overarching business principle is, people before profits. I am local, and I want to help property owners while improving neighborhoods one house at a time.
